Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: evolution

when the web is not connected (but last time evolution run it was
connected) then evolution does not start. it shows 'starting evolution'
but seems to wait for the web connection. (and 'starting evolution'
disappears and nothing new appears.

i think the correct behaviour were to start evolution as 'not connected'
and connect automatically when the web appears.

(by the way: apport used to report a bug with a web connection which
changes goes to 100% cpu. it seems to do an busy wait.... it cannot be
interrupted from the GUI.

thank you!
