Public bug reported:
Fails to boot with latest update and VBOX additions (from its CD-iso)
installed.
Installing virtualbox-guest-additions fails:
sudo apt-get install virtualbox-guest-utils virtualbox-guest-x11
virtualbox-guest-dkms
Unmet deps: xorg-video-abi, xserver-xorg-core
Reproduce:
1. Update Ubuntu 14.04 32bit to the latest sudo apt-get update ; sudo apt-get
upgrade
2. Install vbox additions from its cd, reboot - system halts at boot
or
2. sudo apt-get install virtualbox-guest-utils virtualbox-guest-x11
virtualbox-guest-dkms
3. read the error
