Public bug reported:

I have found recently that with virt-manager if I close the viewing
window after or before I have shutdown the VM, the next time that I
start the VM I have to manually open the window again as it remembers
that I closed it, however a lot of people (most I should think) will
want the window not to stay open once the VM has been shutdown, and thus
will close the window, but it will annoy them if they have to manually
press "Open" again every time they start a new VM. It would be better if
there were at least an option (probably on by default) which would mean
that upon starting VM the viewing window also opens for it. I am running
Ubuntu GNOME 16.04 with GNOME 3.20 and virt-manager version
"1:1.3.2-3ubuntu1.16.04.1".
