Please sync postgis 2.2.2+dfsg-2 (universe) from Debian unstable (main).
The Ubuntu delta can be dropped, the changes from postgis (2.2.2+dfsg-
1ubuntu3) are obsolete. The tests are now disabled for Ubuntu and
derivatives.
