This apport was now generated under Linux Mint on a slightly different
HP 455 Laptop. Here are the options:

options rtl8723be fwlps=0 swlps=0 msi=1

in /etc/modprobe.d

Without the msi=1 it did not work.

Another HP laptop same Model (also HP 455 but diff look) wifi does not
work with this option. Strange although it is the same wifi adapter.
