This apport was now generated under Linux Mint on a slightly different HP 455 Laptop. Here are the options:
options rtl8723be fwlps=0 swlps=0 msi=1 in /etc/modprobe.d Without the msi=1 it did not work. Another HP laptop same Model (also HP 455 but diff look) wifi does not work with this option. Strange although it is the same wifi adapter. Hope this helps.
