Looks like calligra will change to libpqxx-dev next time it's synced
from the Kubuntu packaging repository. And I just pushed an update to
quickfix to build-depend on libpqxx-dev instead of libpqxx3-dev.
I'll re-mark this as New but only subscribe ~ubuntu-archive once this is
actionable.
