Public bug reported:
OpenAL includes MMX optimisation libraries for x86, and enables a subset
of them when built for AMD64. This at least causes torcs to crash on
the first collision in a race, and apparently also causes problems in
other environments (see http://btanks.sourceforge.net/blog/2007/08/21
/good-news-everyone/).
