Public bug reported:
Using "Middle click to lower window" works correctly but when a windows is
already lowered middle clicking again will bring weird graphical artifacts in
the tittle bar.
Randomly consecutively clicking that already lowered bar changes patterns in
the graphical artifact, sometimes it also makes the artifacts disappear and
look normal again.
EDIT: this bug seems to be reproduced when System Monitor 3.18.2 is
running (even minimized). As soon as I close it the GUI starts to behave
normally again.
DISCLAIMER: I still have to install Nvidia's proprietary drivers.
