I was unable to solve this problem and trying to fix this looking around the web and finally I have manage to broke my system to the unrecoverable state and so was force to wipe out Ubuntu 14.04 and I decided to fresh install Ubuntu 16.04.
This bug report can be closed down, because I no longer need help.
