  Steps to reproduce:
  - Ensure you have "no security/swiping" enabled for unlocking.
  - Switch the screen off and on, you get the greeter.
  - If your bluetooth mouse in off, turn it on. If it's on, turn it off.
  
  Expected result:
  Nothing in particular, the UX of the greeter does not change between desktop 
and staged mode.
  
  What actually happens:
  The greeter unlocks.
