Public bug reported:
i tried ejabberd 16.01-2 and 16.04. after the installation (using Ubuntu
16.04), I cannot access to ejabberdctl as it said permission denied
(although i did chown ejabberd:ejabberd ejabberdctl). this is very
strange. on 16.04 (ejabberd) the bin is in /opt/ejabberd-16.04 but
16.01-2 I have no idea
