@seb128 Oh ok, wasn't sure if the file-manger in Unity was different than in Gnome2.
When a nautilus window is active, and "Files" is pinned to the launcher, the little icon indicator for running apps doesn't show up. It doesn't make a difference if it's pinned or not.
