Public bug reported:
When having a system with (MBR style) already 4 primary partitions, the
installer will not offer the option to create new partitions.
Although this is correct behavior, the unexperienced users should get some kind
of hint why they can not create a new partition.
(Ideally there should be an description where to find help to be able to change
one partition to an extended on without data loss)
