Public bug reported:
1. Go to any page that contains an unlinked phone number. For example:
http://www.roast-restaurant.com/contact/
http://www.theprovidores.co.uk/
https://www.google.com/search?client=ubuntu&q=pizza+hut+piccadilly
http://www.davidbouley.com/bouley-main/
2. Tap on the phone number.
What happens:
1. The number appears as plain text.
2. Nothing.
What should happen:
1. The number is automatically converted to a link.
2. The number is passed to the Phone app for calling.
Yes, this will be difficult, because phone number formats vary widely.
It needs doing anyway, because there are millions of pages with unlinked
phone numbers.
Problem occurs with: Browser on Ubuntu 15.04 (r349)
Does not occur with: Safari on iOS
** Affects: webbrowser-app (Ubuntu)
