Firmware for this card isn't in the current linux-firmware package.
Latest upstream firmware is also tested but doesn't work either.
- The only work firmware is extracted from Windows driver. By comparing

(upstream is cb37c6, and Windows is df5ba1), we need Qualcomm to
upstream the file to fix this issue.
