It happens every few days. It's almost certainly Terminator to blame and not something more systemic, because I can open Konsole fine. There may be a memory leak involved. A freshly started terminator uses 49 MB, whereas the stuck version uses 190 MB. Unfortunately, this bug takes a while to surface.
