I read that the problem concerns installing from Kubuntu alternate cd amd64 (no 
matter if it's feisty or gutsy).
Some directories in /usr/share/fonts are created with timestamp in the future, 
because of the timezone shift, eg. in Poland timestamp is 2h in the future 
(because of UTC +2 timezone).

My solution to this problem is to set your system date to eg 2 hours
ahead, then configure this package (sudo dpkg --configure -a) and then
set time to correct one (eg. sudo ntpdate-debian  or  sudo date
MMDDhhmm).

Developers should correct this installer problem with timezone as soon
as possible. It seems to be very old, untouched problem, 'cause it
happens even today on gutsy beta.
