Public bug reported:

Since updating to OTA 11 on the M10, the network indicator occasionally goes 
awry and both
1) won't allow me to turn off the wi-fi, through use of either the flight mode 
or wi-fi switches, and..
2) won't allow a change of network away from what the tablet is currently 
connected to.

Please see the attached screenshot to see an example of the first
problem.

I can't offer steps to reproduce, as it seems to happen at a seemingly
random interval after restart.  Indeed, the only way to get the
indicator working as intended is to do a restart.

Apologies if this has already been reported, but I can't find any other
bugs filed which match what I'm experiencing.
