Public bug reported: I am seeing an issue with NotoSansCJK-Regular.ttc when I try to use it in LuaLaTeX:
</usr/share/fonts/opentype/noto/NotoSansCJK-Regular.ttc (NotoSansCJKtc-Regular:3) !LuaTeX error (file /usr/share/fonts/opentype/noto/NotoSansCJK- Regular.ttc): sfnt: table not found... The same document is using Noto Sans Tamil and Noto Sans fonts and they just work.
