Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: grub
I have a separate /boot partition which contains kernel's for Edgy, Feisty and
Gutsy distributions. Now when update-grub is invoked in Gutsy root, title for
every kernel entry in boot list becomes "Ubuntu gutsy (development branch),
XYZ", where XYZ is result of uname -r. Other titles should contain Edgy and
Feisty accordingly.
grub version is 0.97-29ubuntu4.
