When a function starts with a switch statement and function parameter is
of type "enum enum_name", then the very fist case in the switch is
misindented.
A file is attached to display the bug.
The file has been processed with "astyle --style=linux --indent=tab=8
--pad-oper --pad-header --align-pointer=name" command.
