This problem started in kernel 4.2.0-rc1.
Latest OK 4.1.26-040126-generic (HP HPSA Driver (v 3.4.4-1))
And the error started with this one linux-
image-4.2.0-040200rc1-generic_4.2.0-040200rc1.201507162135_amd64.deb (HP
HPSA Driver (3.4.10-0))
Please note that the HP HPSA Driver changed the version as well from
3.4.4-1 to 3.4.10-0.
