another italian here o/ wow I had no idea the predictions were coming from a .txt file, I always thought that they were coming from Nuance's XT9 engine and its vocabularies...but it seems like we're not using XT9, indeed...
I only use text predictions to avoid press-holding keys to get to accented letters, so I can't really provide my feedback here. I think we all agree that using a document from 150 years ago may lead to the prediction engine offering "obsolete" words, though :) PS: about accented letters, I find it really annoying that when you press "e" you don't get "รจ" in the suggested words...but I should probably report a separate bug for that :) -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1591149 Title: Find more modern text for Italian word prediction To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ubuntu-keyboard/+bug/1591149/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
