Public bug reported:

all lts enablement packages (excluding kernel ones) don't include
required dependancies for X to work. Installing mesa-common-dev-lts-wily
or xserver-xorg-video-intel-lts-wily breaks X and makes systen unusable.
When installing it shows dependancies issues and says that some packages
are broken.
