The window titlebar has sometimes the wrong colour (halve has the acivate
colour and the other halve has the not activate colour. This occures sometimes
if desktop effekts are enabled with the restricted driver (nvidia-glx-new,
nVidia 7600GT). In my case it happens someimes if the titlebar is near the top
panel and the popup windows are drawn over the windowtitlebar...unfortunately
it happens seldom.
(7.10 beta, all updates from mainserver)
