Public bug reported:

Please sync php-crypt-gpg 1.4.1-1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * Add build and dependency on php-mbstring (LP: #1563059).

  [ Fixed in 1.4.0-2 ]

  * debian/tests/control: added php-pear to Depends.

  [ Not needed with newer pkg-php-tools ]

Changelog entries since current yakkety version 1.4.0-1ubuntu2:

php-crypt-gpg (1.4.1-1) unstable; urgency=medium

  * Imported Upstream version 1.4.1
  * Update Standards-Version to 3.9.8
