Steps to reproduce:
1. Install streamtuner2 package
2. Launch streamtuner2 program
3. Switch to SHOUTcast tab
Expected results:
1. User can select SHOUTCast station of any genre and listen it.
Actual results:
1. SHOUTcast tab list is empty. User can not listen stations.
