Ubuntu-bug crashed when filing this report (segmentation fault)! In
14.04, I could grab an open tab within Firefox and move it outside the
window, which spawns a new Firefox window of its own. This function no
loner works in 16.04. If I want another instance of Firefox, I have to
launch it the usual way.
