Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make
Ubuntu better. Lars has fixed some of these in

(bug 1577096) but I think log_queries_not_using_indexes is left. We
should change hyphens to underscores while we are changing the others
since we have to do a conffile change at least once to fix the others,
so might as well take the opportunity to make things consistent.
