Please sync php-radius 1.4.0~b1-6 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)
Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
* New upstream release (LP: #1565010).
[ Debian has moved to the same upstream ]
* Update watch file for beta release.
[ Fixed in Debian as well ]
