ccsm is intentionally not included for fear that new users would destroy
their systems. The mentality behind this decision is that users, notably
tech-savvy ones, will search online on how to enable custom if they
absolutely want to . This would result in a lower influx of bugs and
problems on launchpad and the forums. There was a discussion about this
earlier, but I forget the link. Please respond so that we may come to a
consensus on the status of this bug.
