Binary package hint: ktorrent
When kTorrent is installed on Ubuntu (with GNOME instead of KDE), you
cannot use the ipfilters plugin download blocklist because of it hangs
on the 'Converting...' dialog. If you install kdebase-kio-plugins, it
works perfectly.
