Public bug reported:
On Ubuntu 14.04.4 LTS
Sometimes, with two open terminals, if I type on one and then click on
the other I can type normally, except if I type a tilde (~). The tilde
appears on the terminal that had just lost focus.
If I try to copy a file to a directory in my home with cp, instead of
typing
cp file ~/directory/
I get cp file /directory/ and a single ~ on the second terminal
My keyboard is Portuguese, so to get a single tilde I need to press the tilde
key and space. I cannot always reproduce this bug.
