better.

I see that version 0.10-2 has been packaged in Debian
(https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/regexxer). Normally, newer packages can
be synced, but since the Ubuntu package carries some additional patches,
someone will need to do a manual merge to get it into Ubuntu.
