Looks like it was removed since it depended on gstreamer 0.10 (see
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/guayadeque/+publishinghistory for
details). It has als been removed from Debian testing and unstable for
the same reason, https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-
bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=810251

In order to be re-introduced, I assume it would need to be ported to
work with the newer gstreamer1.0 library.
