Ok, after a few test I'm not sure if is completely related to the boot speed,
but I'm quite sure is part of the problem, because booting with a fresh install
on an old sata2 hdd I don't have any problem with the keyboard.
Let me explain: I'm using an HP Pavilliion dv2700 notebook, and all works fine
except for a random faulty shutdown.
Trying to analyze the problem I check with 'hwinfo' and I found:

unknown:
                           FPU
                           DMA controller
                           keyboard controller
Intel 82801H (ICH8 Family) SMBus Controller

Then I've plugged in my external USB keyboard and I was able to login without
issues all the time I've check.
With the internal keyboard I need to wait 10-15 seconds before be able to input
my password.
What log/info do you need to track down this issue?
