I have installed kernel v4.7-rc4-yakkety as requested (packages linux- image-generic, linux-headers-generic, both amd64, and linux-headers, all). I have rebooted with this kernel and I have suspended two times the laptop (one from the KDE menu and the other one just closing the lid). Both times suspend worked OK. Everything was fine. Finally, I have hibernated the laptop and... everything was right again! The laptop halted and resumed OK. I will use this kernel version until the bug has been solved in mainstream kernel. I proceed to mark this bug as requested. Thanks a lot!
