Public bug reported:
According to official documentation ( http://ceres-
solver.org/building.html#using-ceres-with-cmake ), a "CeresConfig.cmake"
should be generated during the build. This file is essential for linking
to Ceres with CMake's find_package() function, but it's not copied to
the package "libceres-dev", even in the latest version "1.11.0~dfsg0-3".
