This is not a bug.

The issue you are seeing is that NGINX is trying to read the certificate
files in your configuration, and failing.  See the output in the
attachment "SystemctlStatusFull_Nginx.txt.txt" on this bug, and you'll
see it's failing because the certificate can't be found by nginx, and
may not be on the system anymore.  You can see the same output using the
command 'systemctl -l status nginx' on the command line to see the error
data as well.
