Public bug reported:
1. Navigate to System Settings > Language & Text > Display Language.
Unfortunately, changing the display language requires restarting the
device. Therefore, confirming brings up a dialog checking that it’s okay
to restart.
Therefore, the “Confirm” button should be “Confirm…”.
