Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: xserver-xorg-video-ati

I am using a self-made VGA to SCART cable to connect my 32" TV to my
mythbuntu mediacenter, because of the problems with Xv support on
s-video output using the fglrx driver.

The setup uses the radeon driver and a custom modeline to set up a PAL
resolution to my TV using the radeon driver to send a composite sync
signal so that my TV can understand the signal properly.

This setup worked until I upgraded xserver-xorg-video-ati from
1:6.6.193ubuntu1 to 1:6.7 versions (along with the rest of the xorg)

When starting X it reports:
(WW) RADEON(0): DDC2/I2C is not properly initialized
(WW) RADEON(0): Mode 720x540PAL-Custom is out of range.
(WW) RADEON(0): Valid FP modes must be between 320x200-640x480
(WW) RADEON(0): DDC2/I2C is not properly initialized
and falls back to a 640*480 resolution.

My xorg.conf has not changed during the upgrades.

** Affects: xserver-xorg-video-ati (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
