Public bug reported:
When you set a new wallpaper from the Settings App, if it's a landscape
wallpaper it will be well scaled if the phone screen is horizontal, but
when it's vertical it will look blurry. When the wallpaper is a portrait
picture, it happens the opposite: it is well scaled if the screen is
vertical but when you rotate it, the wallpaper is blurry. Thanks ;)
