On unity7 the quicklist menu entries have higlighight when you move the
mouse over then, unity8 should have it too.

+ The quicklist entries should have mouse over state. The quicklist menu
+ should look visually the same as the context menu. Context menu items
+ are essentially Ubuntu SDK list items and SDK list item is designed to
+ have mouse over state. So if SDK list items are used for the quicklist
+ menu the mouse over state will be there automatically once implemented
+ in the sdk.
