Untranslated title is shown at mate-control-center ,
which is shown correctly in panel's dropdown menu,
I think MATE uses same translation file of Transifex though,
it is only affected to mate-control-center , since panel's dropdown menu shows
correctly
please, see the screenshot (16.10 Ubuntu MATE)
I think it might be treated as untranslatable in related code.
