Binary package hint: gimp
similar to #148985,
Was just doing an update after being away over the weekend. Allowed the update
manager to continue until it stopped.
The error is similar to #148985 but with libgimp instead of gimp.
to workaround after the completion of updates:
sudo dpkg -i --force-overwrite
/var/cache/apt/archives/libgimp2.0_2.4.0~rc3-1ubuntu7_amd64.deb
all updates are considered complete now.
