It's not that odd, this is a duplicate of bug 1447282. Installing
packages involves a lot of calls to "systemctl daemon-reload" which will
re-run the fstab generator and refresh the .mount units in /run. But I
suppose you filed that about asking this in a running system, not about
the wrongly marked swap partition (which really isn't a swap partition,
it's signature just looks like one).
