Public bug reported:

$ system-image-cli -i
current build number: 121
device name: turbo
channel: ubuntu-touch/rc-proposed/meizu-pd.en
last update: 2016-07-01 00:22:53
version version: 121
version ubuntu: 20160701
version device: 20160617-82a5c0d
version custom: 20160626-981-7-5

Steps to reproduce:
1. Fresh flashed the device
2. Enroll one fingerprint by going to System Settings --> Security & Privacy
--> Fingerprint ID --> Add fingerprint
3. Finish the enrollment by swiping the finger repeatedly over the reader
4. Enroll again with the same finger.

Actual Results:
The same one fingerprint can be enrolled repeatedly, and the list of enrolled
fingerprints has grown by 1.
iPhone also shows similar behavior but for android it will show you alert that
the finger is already registered, on my android phone it has the max limitation
fingerprints is 5, fyi.
