Actually the http library component comes with "libola" nowadays and the 
problem is Ubuntu specific:
Comparing included files in:
https://packages.debian.org/jessie/amd64/libola1/filelist
with
http://packages.ubuntu.com/de/xenial/amd64/libola1/filelist

or
https://packages.debian.org/jessie/armhf/libola1/filelist
with
http://packages.ubuntu.com/de/xenial/armhf/libola1/filelist

reveals the lack of libolahttp.so.0 in Ubuntu.
