Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: geneweb
not possible to create a database (necessary for using geneweb) because
ged2gwb doesn't have permission to write the db file to the geneweb
folder, error message is "Base is locked: cannot write it" (after using
chmod on geneweb folder it works).
Example
ged2gwb -f /home/username/geneweb/username-pgv.ged -o username-pgv
Tried in Gutsy.
