Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gnome-panel

I just installed Ubuntu 7.10 beta. I encountered a problem while I was
installing it. It would not install 'util-linux' , so I couldn't install
the upgrade. I don't know if this is because 7.10 hasn't been released
or because my system can't handle 7.10.
